Make Use of Work Pressure

  What would you say when you are under work pressure, "stressed out and frantic" or "challenged and energized"? Yes, changing names of emotions can bring about a sea change in how you feel about them. Replacing 'emotional trauma' with 'emotionally challenging' would also give you an impetus to overcome the challenge.
