Hammer impact crusher is mainly made of electric motor crate, rotor, impact plate and actuating device, suitable for medium hard and light erosive materials. Working principle: When materials enter the working area, they'll be struck by the hammers on the rotor and be thrown onto the impact plate. The materials which spring back from the impact plate will be struck by the hammers again until they reach the desired size, after which the materials will fall through the mesh under the rotor. The distance between the impact plate and the rotor can be adjusted to meet shape and size requirements.
Performance and structure of hammer crusher
There are many types of hammer crushers, according to the structure characteristics they may be classified as follows:
1. According to the number of the rotor, there are the single rotor  hammer crusher and double rotor hammer crusher;
2. According to the rotary direction, they are reversible (rotor into two directions) hammer crusher and not reversible hammer crusher;
3. According to the row number of the hammer, they can be divided into single type hammer crusher (the hammer are installed in the same rotary level) and many platoon type hammer crusher (the hammer distributes in several rotary levels) ;
